For Online Purchase via ‘Online Payment’ (Debit/ Credit Card, Online Banking):

Product(s) can be returned to our warehouse via parcel return or at UniDigital boutique.  

Return Policy

1 – Store Purchase: Return within 7 days from the date of purchase of the product(s).

Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st May, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our warehouse by 7th May. 

2– Only defective item and non-customize embroidered apparel exchanges are accepted, subject to availability. 

3– We do not accept changing size with apparel that have been embroidered.

4– Defective item exchange requests will only be processed if notified within seven (7) working days upon delivery.

5– For defective item exchange, the re-delivery postage fee and the return pickup fee are on us.

6– Product(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the product(s) returned in new and original condition. It must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging.

7– Product(s) sold at marked down prices due to defect(s) cannot be returned.

8– Bulan Bintang Clothing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where

(i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or

(ii) there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.

8- All Product Sold are not refundable

9– UniDigital reserves the right for final decision.

10– UniDigital reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
